Four Points Sheraton Ventura Wedding – Torey & Austin

When I first met with Torey and Austin, they had chosen their reception location at Four Brix Winery but were still deciding on their ceremony space. With their guest count increasing, they settled on having a Four Points Sheraton Ventura wedding. The ceremony location fit their larger guest count, and since it’s also a hotel it gave them a place to get ready before the wedding. We clicked so well during our initial meeting, I was thrilled to be chosen as their Ventura wedding photographer for their Four Brix and now Four Points Sheraton wedding day!

Torey and Austin shared some details with me about their wedding day, and here’s what they said:

What are you most looking forward to on the day?

“Uniting families. Also, having friends we haven’t seen in awhile in town. We will both be meeting people for the first time this weekend.”

What inspired your wedding décor?

“Navy & blush, inspired by: all pinks are Torey’s favorite color and Austin wanted to wear a navy suit. We both agreed instantly on the color combo. As far as decor, our style is beachy and we like the winery vibe.”

Did you have a theme in mind?

“Kind of: just winery/barrel and beachy. Ceremony is at FourPoints in the harbor which matches the beachy theme and the reception is a Four Brix Winery. &We love palm trees!”

Why did you pick the venues that you chose?

“Hotel is near where we live and love the area. Liked the vibe at the winery.”

What is your favorite feature about your wedding venue?

“Happy about the songs we chose for each step.”

Is there any particular vendor that you are really excited to have for your day?

“Our photographers! ;)”

Tell us about the food/drink at your wedding.

“Stonefire grill. Wine & cider only at venue.”
