Los Robles Greens is such a pretty, unexpected venue tucked away right next to the freeway in Thousand Oaks. It’s conveniently located but also feels secluded and private once you’re inside the lush space. I love the backdrop for the ceremony site with the ivy trailing the walls surrounding a large, wooden door. It has just the right hint of European charm with the perfect balance of greenery!

Emma and Kevin were supposed to celebrate their wedding in 2020, and much like most 2020 couples, they were forced to reschedule their wedding date to 2021. They ended up still having a small, private ceremony in 2020 so by the time I was able to capture this event for them they were already married. But you would never have guessed that was the case from the way they acted! They were so ecstatic and full of love. It felt like it was still going to be one of the best days of their lives and I’m pretty sure it was!

What are you most looking forward to on the day?

“We are most looking forward to having fun with our family and friends! We had to push our big wedding celebration because of covid, but we were still able to get married in our parent’s backyard with just a few family and friends present. It was wonderful, but we were missing our favorite people. We are so excited to finally celebrate our wedding (and our 1st wedding anniversary) with all of our people.”

What inspired your wedding décor?

“Our venue! We were really inspired by the beautiful green foliage of our venue. Our wedding decor lets the natural beauty of our venue shine!”

Why did you pick the venues that you chose?

“We chose our venue because we loved all of the greenery. We also loved how everything flowed seamlessly.”

What is your favorite feature about your wedding venue?

“We love the ceremony background which is covered with so much pretty green ivy. We also like the fountain in the garden. It is so pretty.”
