Santa Barbara Civil Ceremony

Another option at the courthouse is to have a civil ceremony with the Santa Barbara County Clerk-Recorder’s Office. Couples can choose between the half hour ceremony only, or the hour long ceremony and marriage license. The former option allows couples to secure their marriage license beforehand, and the later allows you to take care of both at the same time. Civil ceremonies are limited to a total of 8 maximum guests, including any chosen vendors.
