Brittney & Chris’ Santa Barbara Botanical Gardens Engagement Photos

Exploring new locations with my couple is always a good time! I love getting to know your personalities and stories, as we embrace the beauty around us. And with Brittney and Chris, we did just that! This couple was so much fun to work with as they joked and laughed during the entire engagement session. It was an absolutely beautiful day in the gardens. Therefore, making the excitement for their upcoming Rancho de las Palmas wedding grow!

A huge perk of hiring your wedding photographer for your engagement photos is how we can get to know each other. It is one thing to chat on the phone before the big day. However, meeting in person has so many benefits! We get to understand from experience how to best work with each other. Making your wedding day photography more comfortable and natural. In short, you get to know me and my camera!

Why Santa Barbara Botanical Gardens?

Firstly, these gardens are perfect for an adventurous couple looking to get variety in their engagement photos. With over ten different sections, including Desert, Meadow, and Redwood Sections. You will have a beautiful range of photos to use and share! In addition, the trails are an easy hike making each location within the gardens easy to access.

In addition to the native plants, Santa Barbara Botanical Gardens offers landmark features. Some are historical, while others are one of a kind attractions. These landmarks give you the space to include an array of architectural structures in your session. Moreover, each building and structure holds its own special beauty and story. This makes your day more adventurous, and your photos more interesting!

Above all, choosing Santa Barbara Botanical Gardens will give you a personalized experience and gallery. At every engagement session, I create an experience that is tailored to you. To help you feel comfortable in your own skin! So that your personality comes through in every picture. And when you add such variety in landscaping into your session, you create a gallery that is uniquely you!
